Estrategia de Desarrollo de Capacidades del Proyecto AmPaz
Since the 2016 Peace Agreement, different social actors in the rural regions of Colombia have been working to implement strategies aimed at transforming the territory and conduct associated with promoting territorial peace, sustainable productive development, coexistence and reconciliation.
AmPaz supports the strengthening of capacities of key actors: producers, their organizations and associations, technicians from counterparts and partner organizations, and local organizations, among others. This is done with the aim of enhancing their skills to influence the processes of territorial planning and move towards a sustainable management of productive activities.
El fortalecimiento de capacidades se realiza a través de talleres, cursos, giras de intercambio y metodologías que a través del desarrollo de capacidades de los diferentes actores organizaciones, funcionarios, actores claves, etc. para que tengan una participación efectiva y logren tener coherencia entre los instrumentos de planificación municipal, estructuración de modelos de negocios verdes y acceso a financiamiento verde.
Community Reporters Network
In collaboration with the National Agency of Territorial Renewal - ART, the coverage of the Community Reporters Network expanded through the training of 60 people in communication skills (writing, radio, video and digital marketing) so the communities can empower themselves and visualize the stories of transformation of their territories.
Knowledge Exchange Tours
The various associations of cocoa, rubber and dairy producers have the opportunity for a dialogue of technical, cultural and commercial expertise on business models. These meetings allow producers to broaden their knowledge management in the development of their products and to find options to improve their income.
Workshops
Workshops are held with several key actors of the PDET to strengthen their capacities in the integration of the Participatory Environmental Zoning (ZAP) in the process of elaboration and adjustment of the EOT, and with producers towards the strengthening of their green business models. In addition, the actors are trained in workshops on socio-environmental conflict transformation and financial education.
